This project studies the site of the former Peerless Woolen Mill in Rossville, Georgia. Once a thriving mill town its economic engine has been abandoned. A study of the mills site, remaining structure, geographical and socioeconomic position can test future uses suited to its unique characteristics. This speculative redevelopment provides a base for the site to be leveraged to boost the economic development of Rossville.
