Three buildings proposed for a vacant corner lot within the Portland neighborhood of Louisville, KY. This project experiments with minor idiosyncrasies in site-specificity. While the plan and form of each four-unit building is identical in order to facilitate ease of construction, the orientation of each differs at increments of 90-degrees. Through purposeful manipulation of the form’s profile, the rotation offers three different facades to the street, re-organizing the entry sequence and producing a distinct identity for each apartment.
