Located at the former Tri State Iron Works site, a significantly historic building in the downtown industrial area of Memphis, this collage of wood and masonry buildings was redeveloped from a bike mechanic shop to an event hall space with auxiliary office spaces. The building is approximately 28,000-square-feet and adjacent to the future Snuff District, a $195 million mixed-use development of 550 apartments, 75,000 square feet of office space, 15,000 square feet of retail, 50 single-family homes, a river walk and park area in Uptown Memphis.
